Jackson Whole Grocer's Farm to Market Program
The Jackson Whole Grocer Farmer's Market is held every Wednesday in the front of the store when local produce is available!
Please check back in May to find out when we will start the market next summer.
The Jackson Whole Grocer is working with our local farmers and ranchers to bring fresh local/regional produce and meat to our customers.
Produce
To identify local farmers in the store look for our produce rating cards.
Each farmer is rated on a 3 star system a star is awarded for the following categories:
- Local/Regional
- Sustainable production
- Certified organic
To determine whether the farmer is to receive the sustainable star we have each participating organization fill out our sustainability criteria sheet.
Meat
Please ask our butcher about local meats that we carry in the store or read about our local ranchers.
